Developing Global Relational Networks

Christian leaders' success often depends on their ability to manage relationships essential to social networks and relational leadership. Leaders build relationships through positive interactions over time to achieve a competitive advantage. A lack of investment in these relationships leads to adverse outcomes of disconnected followers and goal failures.

In my research, I discovered some practical ways for relational leaders to build global networks based on experienced U.S. leaders in the church and the marketplace.

Individually they focused on key relationships between their spiritual family and emerging leaders. Also, they explored leadership development by building trust, educating, equipping, and empowering to leverage their network.

Collectively experienced U.S. leaders keyed in on network influence by modeling behavior and their communication. Lastly, they focused on leadership influence by developing the family and fostering trust to achieve the goal.

Stay tuned to read more on how you can apply these practical ways to your ministry and business—my book, Christian Leaders: Strategies for Developing Relational Network Globally, on this topic is forthcoming.
